In 2012, Darbus began mailing postcards and photographs anonymously. Starting with random people from the phone book and residences he once visited or lived in, over the years he accumulated a collection of addresses. Whether by word of mouth or by the internet, Darbus grew an active mailing list. To stranger, neighbor, acquaintance, or friend, he regularly sends postcards around the globe.
